I didn't realize this place was open to the public. It was the best experience I have had when it comes to fixing things at home. They helped me find ALL the parts I needed, no guessing, no tracking down an employee and they had everything. I even ended up picking up some different shower fixtures, they had a really great high quality selection.

On Jan 4th, 2024, I had to purchased a water heater from this company who decided to have me pay (over $500), even thought it's under warranty. Fast forward to Feb 26, 2024 and I still have not received my initial deposit of over $500. I was told the owner will deposit it back into my account, that never happened, I was told the owner is on vacation and now they are just angry at me for asking for my money. I did nothing wrong in this situation. I was told 30 days and I will get my money back. Customer be ware!!! these guys are not professionals. I will also take this complaint to the AO Smith and BBB.

We purchased a water heater that stopped working.Called the manufacturer they told us it was still under warranty and to call there supplier Bond plumbing supply in port st. lucie and they would issue us 2 new heating elements at no charge .I called bond plumbing supply and provided the authorization code they told me that they had the parts in stock and there would be no charge and to just come by .We then drove 30 minutes to there location and upon arrival there employees said we had to pay for the parts .I explained to them we just got off the phone a half hour before and was told there would be no charge with the authorization code. That did not matter to them it was my tough luck .An hour of my time wasted .In closing i really hate to be lied too and have my time wasted by rude employees .Save yourself a headache and GO Somewhere Else

Do NOT use this company for any warranty stuff. I bought my hot water heater from them that was under warranty on dec 22nd they made me pay for it up front and said I’d get a check from AO Smith. I spoke to AO smith they paid them on January 9th and they are supposed to cut me a check. I spoke to Dolly who supposedly is the VP of the company she’s beyond rude. She laughs at her customers and thinks it’s a big joke. It’s now march 30th I still haven’t received my money. This company is horrible. Dolly is probably one of the worst humans I’ve ever dealt with. She even told me she bi polar lol I can tell. The fight isn’t over they will pay me my money they owe me. Here’s the heads up go to a real company. This one is a joke

Purchased 1/2 rolled copper per my plumbers directions. When I tried to return it unopened they said I had to come back June first to return because of COVID. When I went back the same person told me that corporate had not yet authorized returns, try later and talk to manager. Just got off the phone with the manager; first he said they didn't accept the return because of condition, when I said it was unopened he then said the warehouse in Miami had denied the return then when I told him it was not ordered but came out of his warehouse he asked if I had paid cash, when I said it was on my debit card he informed me that on the bottom of my receipt it said cash sales final. These are very untrustworthy, down right liars. Buyer beware.

Went here to buy my plumbing parts for the knowledge of the sales person BIG mistake!! I bought the roughin valve from the counter, came back a few days later to buy the trim. Went to the counter and brought back the valve I was using, still the wrong parts were ordered. Kept trying to sell me a twin L diverter even though my tub spout does not have a diverter valve. Assured me that I needed a three way valve until I brought it back and said it didn’t work then they realized I needed a 4 way valve and would not take back the 3way valve. I DO NOT recommend this company. Oh still waiting on parts that were ordered over a week ago. Could have got the same components on amazon delivered in two days for free shipping and most likely been able to get the correct parts ordered the first time. Not to mention saved a lot of money ordering the parts from Amazon. I like to support local businesses but places like this deserve to go out of business.

Hi my name is Gary Sills I'm 65 yrs old and it took me that many years to get good service, had been working on project for two days finally told wife something not right so I went over to Bond Plumbing Supply was lucky enough to get Albert who took his time explain everything I needed to know until job was completed so if you want great service, knowledgeable information, great customer service Bond Plumbing Supply is the place to visit, I spoke with more than one customer service Representative they were all great so Bond is the place.

Walked in expecting good service since I’ve heard good things about this place and was sadly disappointed , had a warranty claim with a water heater and gentleman behind the counter was absurdly rude and just pointed me away to another person for help! Already had all my warranty information done through the manufacture and should have been a simple situation turned into me having to get passed around three people and then get told I’d have to pay for the full price plus $100 for the heater and if warranty went through they would reimburse me the portion back with no warranty ! I called AO Smith infuriated and was told that’s not how I should have been handle and sent me elsewhere that helped he with no issue at all. Avoid this place at all cost !
